Today while I was in The Woods there were two boys playing Minecraft, treating The Woods like it was the Overworld and the slide was the portal to the two other dimensions in the game. At one point one of them was chasing the other pretending to be a zombie and the boy being chased turned around and yelled “it’s daytime now!” and the zombie boy fell to the ground. (in minecraft zombies burn in the sun) it was all wholesome content.
I walked into the Nursery in Kid’s town and there was a young girl, around 4 years old curled up inside on of the cribs pretending to sleep. As I walked by she opened one eye and said “I am sleeping so hard I can’t hear you so don’t talk to me”
Today I when I as walking up to Dino Hall from the Ice Age Plaza there was a family with a grandma, mom, and little boy around 3 1/2 or 4 coming up the other way. When the boy got to the globe he spread out his arms like he was trying to hug it or pick it up and shouted at the top of his lungs “HEY CHECK THIS OUT!”
(10/3) Samantha was running Not So Scary Tails in Animal Spot for a young friend. They ran off to the Woods when the story was done, walked up to Lindsey and said “wait, weren’t you just telling me a story?” thinking we were the same person
I love working in the Dinosaur Hall when it is grey and rainy outside. The dinosaur lighting looks so much more dramatic and the shadow herd really pops.
(10/4) Lindsey and Samantha both had on wings and a flower crown today. Lindsey was on the floor in the morning and interacted with a friend. When Samantha was on the floor in the afternoon, she was talking to a friend in Energy Zone who said “wait, you changed your wings!” Samantha tried to explain to them that her and Lindsey are separate people, our friend didn’t believe them though.
