I love to stand in Cincinnati In Motion, by the model of Music Hall, and tell people they’re in the perfect place: if they look over the roof of the model and out the window, they can see the front and the back of Music Hall at the same time. Well, I did that today, and when I said, “Look out the window,” I saw for the first time that it was snowing so hard we couldn’t see the parking lot.
We had a lot of guests who were extremely interested in CIM. They asked so many questions about the history of Union Terminal and the buildings represented in the model. Henning came out to help me with a few of their inquiries. We also had a lot of people interested in DigiMarc.
As a family was leaving, I asked what their favorite thing they saw was. One of the kids said the astronaut suit, because they were going to go to the moon someday. Another kid said the dinosaur lab because they’re going to be a paleontologist when they grow up.
